The Shape and Strengthen Method is a 4 week program with 5 workouts a week + 2 rest days, video demos of ALL exercises so you will never have to worry about your form! This program focuses on training all body parts with a heavy emphasis on growing and shaping the booty. 

This guide is perfect if you are a beginner in the gym or at home and have access to 1-2 dumbbells, a long band, and glute loop band! You can also complete this program in the gym with a barbell and cable machines if you want to kick things up a notch!
